WHAT WE DO
Initiative Earth develops and stewards programmes that coordinate partners, sites and investment to deliver
nature regeneration at scale.
MOBILISATION
Initiative Earth activates individuals, communities, and organisations around shared environmental goals, turning passive concern into purposeful, collective action. By lowering barriers to participation and amplifying grassroots energy, we build the momentum needed to drive meaningful change at scale.
COORDINATION
We connect the dots between diverse stakeholders — from local volunteers to institutional partners — ensuring that efforts are aligned, resources are used efficiently, and no one is working in isolation. Initiative Earth acts as the connective tissue that turns fragmented goodwill into coordinated impact.
GOVERNANCE
Initiative Earth provides the transparent, accountable frameworks that give partners, funders, and communities confidence in how decisions are made and resources are deployed. We champion responsible stewardship of both environmental and organisational resources, ensuring that trust is earned and sustained over the long term.
Our Approach
Nature recovery requires coordination across multiple actors. Initiative Earth works across diverse landscapes and communities — bringing together councils, landowners, delivery organisations, scientific partners and local people to align sites, timelines and resources. Our programmes combine ecological restoration with cultural participation and community action, allowing large numbers of people to contribute through small and accessible actions. This model creates visible impact on the ground while building the connected ecological systems that nature needs to thrive.
Initiative Earth develops and supports programmes that
