REGENERATIVE SKILLS HUB

Free, hands-on training for the people who need it most.

About the Programme

The Buckinghamshire Regenerative Skills Hub is a new kind of learning space — rooted in real land, open to everyone.

Launched in partnership with Pitchcott Farm, we offer free, practical training in regenerative food-growing, soil health, habitat creation and ecological stewardship. Whether you're a young person looking for a new direction, a farmer wanting to try something different, or a community member with land you want to care for better — there's a pathway for you.

What We Do

Grow skills. Restore land. Build community.

We blend hands-on learning at Pitchcott Farm with online courses, seasonal volunteering, and peer-led farmer sessions — creating a full learning journey that fits around your life.

Our Programmes

3-Day Residential Intensive

For new entrants, aspiring growers and growers curious about regenerative practices. Spend three days at Pitchcott Farm learning how to read a landscape, care for soil, plant for biodiversity and find your path into land-based work. Bursaries available.

6-Month Modular Pathway

For Buckinghamshire residents facing barriers to land-based education. Monthly practical sessions, online learning and real support — building genuine skills in soil, perennial food growing, habitat creation and land-based livelihoods. Referred via local partners including Youth Concern and Lindengate.

Farmer Skills Cohort

For practising farmers ready to trial regenerative practices. Co-designed with local farmers, our half-day field sessions cover soil health assessment, agroforestry, regenerative grazing and more — practical, peer-led and built around your season.
